The Rebuild is one of the benchmark events in the architecture and construction sector will take place from April 26 to 28 at IFEMA Madrid.
Xavier Aguiló, UK Manager of BAC, will participate as an expert in the Rebuild where he will talk about Buildings Without Impact together with Manuel Lobo, from Finsa in a talk moderated by Antoni Ruíz Amorós.
During their speech, they will talk about the maximization of useful life, circularity, disassembly, reuse, energizing… concepts that open architecture and construction to new scenarios. Demonstrating that a building, as designed and built, can have zero impact, can extend its active life and can even generate new business models is the proposal of buildings without impact.

Xavier Aguilió, UK Manager of BAC Engineering, SOCOTEC Group, is an Industrial Engineer, specialist in Structures. He works as Professor of the Master in Circular Construction and Postgraduate Program in Sustainable Architecture and Construction in Zigurat; as well as in the MUA Master of the School of Architecture of the European University of Madrid and in the Central Saint Matins and Environmental Technical Studies AA in London.
Interested in sustainable engineering and iconic buildings, he is committed to integrating technology and architecture and reducing the carbon footprint of buildings.
