The quality control of materials will be carried out in the works promoted by the public entity
The Institut Municipal de l’Habitatge de Barcelona has awarded the UTE IMHAB 2020, of which BAC is a member, the service contract related to: “Technical Control over the materials of the works promoted by the Municipal Institute of Housing and Renovation from Barcelona”.
The scope of the work will be related to the following items:
- existing underground water
- earth movements
- foundations (concrete and steel)
- structure (concrete and steel)
- insulation (acoustic and thermal) and sealing materials
- covered coatings (waterproofing)
- facilities
