Jordi Rosich made a presentation of the implementation of BIM that took place at Barcelona Building Construmat fair in BIM spot space organized by ITeC - Institut de Tecnologia de la Construcció.
In this conference was highlighted the methodological change that BAC has assumed about the integration of BIM and the strategy that has followed to be able to carry out fully developed projects with this methodology. In addition, he talked about the need for change in the mentality of agents involved in the project and the client as well.
To conclude, a practical case was presented showing the benefits of BIM experienced by BAC during the construction management phase.
